Eyebrow Microblading
The steps involved with microblading:
The steps that take place when you have microblading:
All of these steps should be provided when you have a professional eyebrow microblading treatment:
- Meet your technician, check qualifications if not presented.
- Ask to see previous work, although everyone’s outcome of treatment is different as we are not all the same and one thing that worked for someone else, may not be right for you.
- A tip from myself personally if your technician has only done a 1 or 2-day course or an online course then you may not benefit from the same skills of a technician that has trained at academies such as KBPRO, ‘Karen Betts’ and has completed an NVQ level 4 as a minimum.
- Your technician should be registered and licenced with a local authority.
- The technician will meet with you and complete a medical questionnaire to ensure that you are suitable for treatment. The technician will also take a photo of your eyebrow area and answer any questions and find out what your expectation is. This will also give the technician an opportunity to let you know if they are the right person to carry out your treatment for you.
- When you come in for your treatment the technician will colour match the correct pigment for you and personalise a drawing of your brow on your brow area. A photo will be taken once you are both happy with this and the microblading treatment will then take place.
- Once all is completed then you and the technician will both check the work and Once completed the technician will advise you on the aftercare to follow, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Your retouch appointment will then be booked in 4 to 6 weeks later.
- The treatment will take normally 1 to 2 hours from start to finish
